- GENERAL RULES -

1. Insulting or offending staff: WARNING, then gag/kick/temporary or permanent ban.
2. Using cheats, hacks, or scripts (e.g., no-recoil): PERMANENT BAN.
3. Vulgar language or abusing SAY command: gag (3–5 min), then kick or 120-minute TEMP BAN.
4. Unintentional advertising (binds) to other servers/sites/forums: gag 3–5 min.
5. Intentional advertising: 120-minute TEMP BAN.
6. Using RETRY after a gag: 120-minute TEMP BAN.
7. Nickname must be DECENT, minimum 3 and maximum 31 characters.
8. Rebuy is strictly forbidden.
9. Players and admins are not allowed to monitor (spec abuse).
10. Players may not use a weapon in the first round after an automatic restart; violation = SLAY.
11. VIP privileges: you may not climb on maps/textures except boxes.
• 1st offense: verbal warning
• 2nd: double-jump suspended 1 week
• 3rd: double-jump suspended 1 month
• 4th: permanent removal of double-jump.
- COUNTER-TERRORISTS (CT) -
• Rushing is ALLOWED.
• CT must defuse the bomb if planted.
- TERRORISTS (T) -
• Main objective: plant the bomb.
• If the bomb is dropped, T must retrieve it; camping in this situation is FORBIDDEN.

- ADMIN RULES -

* SERVER
1. If fewer than 20 players are online, regardless of remaining map time,
you must change to de_dust2 and announce it (hud or amx_say).
2. Abuse of admin access is forbidden and may result in REMOVE.
3. All admins must know the Admin-Only password.
4. Every ban must be recorded in the Ban-List the same day with demo proof.
5. Demos must contain at least 3 rounds (unless hack is obvious).
6. You may reply first to unban requests not addressed to you if you have proof.
7. For admin-vs-admin complaints, only involved admins may reply.
8. For player complaints about an admin, only the complainant, the accused admin,
and Server Founders/Managers may reply.
9. Admins must keep the server quiet and focus on catching cheaters.
10. votemap command only in last 10 min of a map; change map around last 5 min.
• Always give 3 maps to vote. If vote fails, repeat with 2/3 maps.
• Consult players/admins before voting.
• Check recently played maps with /harti.
• The admin who started the vote changes the map; others must not override.
11. All admins (except Founders/Managers/Owners) must maintain a Ban-List.
• If a player requests unban and the ban is not in the list, the request is ACCEPTED
and the demo judged later.
• No proof = warning. 3 warnings = rank -1.
• If proof is not posted within 12h, unban is accepted and admin warned.
• If a demo has too few replies after 12h, unban is accepted.
12. Admin-to-admin commands are forbidden except amx_spec, amx_ct, amx_t for team balance.
13. If you suspect an admin of cheating, DO NOT ban them.
• Record a demo and present it in Admin Only > Demo Review.
14. Promotions depend on activity on SERVER/FORUM/TS3.
• Do not ask for rank-up; it leads to sanctions.
15. Every ban must state a proper reason (WALL/AIM/SPEED/ABUSE).
• Offensive words as ban reason are forbidden (e.g., “bye,” “get lost”).
16. Only a Founder/Manager reveals the Admin-Only password.
17A. Use `amx_bans name reason` (permanent ban IP & SteamID) when:
• A player intentionally advertises another server/site/forum.
• A player uses hacks (demo proof required).
17B. Use `amx_spam name reason` (120-minute ban IP & SteamID) when:
• A player continues disturbing/obscene language after gag warning.
18. Each admin should join ts.leaguecs.ro channel “ANORMALII” for better communication.
19. It is allowed to change nicknames containing “Boost” to a random name.
20. Wargods test can only be requested by a Founder/Manager.
• Do NOT ban a player just for refusing or for a “red” result.
• If suspect, post test result in Admin Only.
21. Night program: 02:00–11:00 only map de_dust2.
• 05:00–05:30 auto-change to de_inferno, then back to de_dust2.
• 00:00–02:00, if server full, classic maps allowed: dust, inferno, nuke, train32,
kabul, westwood.
• Auto-restart every 45 min at night.
• To restart current map: amx_restart 1.
To change map time: amx_timelimit 0 (or mp_timelimit 0/35).
All admins may use this.
Important: Do NOT change time if more than 22 rounds played.
22. From 00:00–11:00 do NOT kick AFKs.
23. You may not overrule a Founder/Manager’s actions.
24. All admins must read the “Admin Manual” in Admin Only.
* FORUM
1. Visit the forum daily, especially Unban/Access and Admin Only sections.
2. Use the same nickname on forum and server to avoid confusion.
• Access is by NAME and PASSWORD only. We grant SteamID access only
to female VIP Gold members.
3. For unban requests, download and watch the demo before commenting.
• Provide a screenshot while watching as proof.
4. Unban requests remain open MIN 12h and MAX 24h or at least 5 replies.
5. If absent more than 5 days, post an absence notice in Admin Only.
6. Admins inactive on server/forum more than 5 days without notice will be sanctioned.
7. Unannounced inactivity longer than 30 days = REMOVE.
* SANCTIONS
1. REMOVE for admins who:
• Have no activity on server/forum.
• Hold admin on other servers.
2. WARNING or DOWNGRADE for admins who:
• Use foul language on server.
• Fail to explain rules to players who break them.
• Fail to inform players about donations/admin/slot/Funder contacts when asked.
• Fail to help fellow admins with their duties.
• Fail to provide proof for unban requests or omit Ban-List entry.
